Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on all domestic orders. To initiate an exchange, please include your original packing slip and contact us at customerservice@utilitycanvas.com

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. In order to revive a full refund, the item(s) must be in the original packaging in new/unused condition. A $20 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use our prepaid return label. We receive preferred shipping rates, which are typically lower than standard retail shipping costs.
